Good morning!! Breakfast Pizza is the best way to start your day! I don’t know why I didn’t think of this sooner. Breakfast Pizza is going to be your new favorite breakfast and brunch recipe.
The morning that I made this was a snowy cold morning. I thought that we should take a lazy morning in bed and then have breakfast a little later in the day than normal. I am really glad that we did. As I was laying around I decided that we were going to start the day with Pizza!
I was really happy that I already had a pizza crust in the pantry. You can make your own from scratch, but this is just way easier and faster!

This Pizza can serve a crowd at a brunch with other options on the buffet. It really is great for a family of 4 to have their own slice.

Ingredients
- 1 12 inches ready bake pizza crust
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 5 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled {you can use ready to eat bacon for a time saver}
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion for garnish optional
Instructions
- preheat oven to 450
- whisk the eggs and milk together
- cook as you would scrambled eggs
- cook and crumble the bacon
- layer 1/2 cup
- of the cheese on the pizza
- layer the scrambled eggs
- then the bacon
- then the rest of the cheese
- place on a pizza stone or tin foil
- bake for 8-10 min until cheese melts and crust is golden brown
- slice and enjoy
