Buffalo Wing Spaghetti is the love child of two of my favorite meals. Buffalo Chicken wings and Pasta! I personally think that every meal should be made over a serving of pasta. Hence my expanding waistline….

The only drawback to Buffalo Wings is the fried skin on wings and the hundreds of calories that go along with them. This meal is budget and waistline-friendly. Just used ground chicken and you will save all that grease.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken meat
- 1 cup Franks Buffalo wing sauce (or your family favorite)
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- one handful of crumbled blue cheese (you can control how much or little you want)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- spaghetti noodles
Instructions
- boil the water for the spaghetti
- cook according to package directions
- drain and set aside
- brown the ground chicken in a skillet
- add the salt pepper and onion powder
- pour in the wing sauce
- bring the meat and wing sauce to a boil
- reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes
- remove from heat
- stir in the celery
- pour over cooked pasta
- add the crumbled blue cheese
- Enjoy!
