I love Ranch Pork Chops. So much flavor and all you have to do is open a seasoning packet and dust the chop. I always use Hidden Valley Original Ranch Mix. This classic never disappoints.
In 20 min these chops were just perfect! I am not partial to overcooked pork so I always eat it when it is slightly pink. Grey meat is tasteless meat.
I also love the flavor of fresh thyme on roasted potatoes. Give them a good drizzle of olive oil, a dash of spices and herbs. Wrap the baking dish in foil to help steam and cook faster. 450 is a great temp to get a nice roast on them quickly. 30 minutes quickly!
