I am all about easy meals for busy weeknights. It’s basically the whole theme of my blog. Our lives are filled with so much to do. Technology was supposed to make our lives easier, but our time is occupied more now than ever before. That is why I focus so heavily on easy, quick, and tasty recipes. If my family loves it and I loved making it then guess what? So will you!
Each Meatball is 1/2 Pound!!! I am not sure that you can really get a feel of the massive size of these guys from these photos, but they are HUGE!!!

I am pretty proud to say that I NAILED IT!!! I used a mixture of ground beef, ground Italian sausage, bread crumbs, and spices. Use your favorite homemade spaghetti sauce. I have a great Roasted Tomato Spaghetti Sauce recipe that would be amazing with these guys!

Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 pound of ground Italian sausage
- 2 eggs beaten
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp each salt and pepper
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350
- In a large mixing bowl
- combine both types of meat
- add in the garlic
- mix in both eggs
- pour in the salt and pepper and seasonings
- mix in the bread crumbs
- using your hands mix everything until completely combined
- divide the meat into 4-5 sections and form each section into a meatball
- place in a 9 x 13 baking dish
- bake for 50 min
- serve hot with your favorite pasta and sauce
