I don’t know about you, but I am in love with all things dippable! Oh you are too? Well that’s that just perfect; because, I have the perfect spicy, creamy, cheesy dip for you! Firecracker Poppers Dip is the best blend of spicy and cheesy. It goes great with pretzels and chips!
One of my favorite dips that I have ever made. I first served this at the Launch Party for my husband’s first serving of his craft beer. It was such a hit that people were begging me to go make more when it ran out. I am not talking about 3-5 people. We had at least 50 people here that night to help celebrate. You can read all about the Craft Beer Festival and see some fantastic pictures in my post.
Firecracker Popper Dip will never disappoint you and you will be making this for every occasion!
Do you like to control the level of spicy in your meals? Are you a blazing hot, tear inducing enthusiast? Are you a just a hint of spice, heavy on the cheese? Or even if you have the Goldilocks syndrome of somewhere in the middle that is just right. You are going to love this dip.
You have total control over the spices. Want to ramp it up? Add more jalapenos and hot sauce. Like it in the middle? Leave out the hot sauce. Want it mild? Drain the jalapenos and don’t put any of the liquid in.

I know that you are so ready just to dip in the closest chip available and just devoured this Firecracker Popper Dip. This recipe makes enough for a crowd. You can bake in one large bowl or use ramekins like pictured. I went through all 4 of them that night.
This second batch went just as quickly as the first. Only this time we didn’t have 50 friends to help polish it off. We ate it all ourselves! That’s just how good this dip is. We felt that pretzels were our favorite to dip with. Corn tortilla chips are just as good also. If you are looking for a healthier option celery and carrots would taste great also!
How spicy do you like your dips? I love knowing what you all like. It only helps me create better recipes that I know you will love!
